Refund Policy

At Ultimate Metal Structures, LLC, we take pride in providing top-quality metal buildings and excellent service. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

However, refunds may be granted under the following condition:

• Permitting Denial: If your project is denied permitting solely due to engineering requirements, you must provide a written letter on official letterhead from your city or county clearly stating the reason for denial.

Refund requests must be submitted with the official denial letter within 14 days of the permit denial. All refunds are subject to review and approval.
